Laid back interview. Equal balance of describing their internal structure/operations and asking me about my background. Felt at ease throughout the process. It was nice to see that they involved current Product Managers in the interview process.

Interview
It was a longer process requiring prepared presentations where you were prepped to spend more than a couple hours creating each. The first presentation was a strategy deck outlining a prior project or a made up project. The second was referred to as a case study. They provided access to their product and wanted the presenter to provide a vision / strategy around how they should use AI/ML to deliver greater benefit to their customers.

The specific interview questions asked were pretty typical questions. The interview stages were:
1. Initial Recruiter conversation
2. Interview with the hiring manager where the strategy deck was presented and feedback was provided.
3. Interview with the team as well as presentation of the refined strategy deck following feedback as well as the presentation on the case study.

Interview
Applied online and asked to interview the next day in person. Company was using a staffing agency for multiple roles and promised to get back in touch quickly following the in person interview. Two weeks later after no response from the company and upon follow up was told they were no longer interested due to lack of startup experience and had made a mistake in not telling me. Company appears rushed in their hiring process but leaves some candidates behind in the shuffle toward growth. Looks like great software and good employee benefits if you can get in.
