It was a phone screening interview to start off with which promptly led to a Culture Fit Interview, then a Technical Interview, ending with a virtual on-site. Each Interview had a different Staff Member and they were all friendly and quick to eliminate any factors that may contribute to nervousness. The interview had a much more casual atmosphere than what I was anticipating however the questions made you think off your feet and were not necessarily easy.
