one phone call interview. Asked behavioral questions and was requested resume. After first phone call interview I sent follow up email expressing interest. Hired within two weeks at which point I started a short week long training program.

Started to hiring process and within 3 days I had both the 1st and 2nd interview and the job offer. The 1st interview is a phone interview where they learn more about you and you learn more about the job. The 2nd interview is an in person interview where you go into the branch and speak with the managers of the department.
