Screening interview was okay, assessment was okay,
Saying they will get back to me, but no respond at all!
Guess is one of the hr tactic that try to reach KPI... playing candidates!
First step was a screening call with the HR, who explained next steps clearly. This was followed by an online panel interview with a team leader and senior Director, who were both very friendly and made the experience very positive
Had 5 interviews that spanned about a month and a half. Fortunately for them I wasn't in a rush but how exactly do you attract top talent when it takes that long?
