You will first need to complete an online accessment with few algo + SQL questions followed by a HR phone call screening. If passed, you will proceed with the technical interview and cultural fit assessment.

Technical background regarding your resume, algo + SQL questions.
Really a waste of candidate's time. The JD mentions the compensation is on par with big tech and they claim that the salary is transparent there but when I asked about the compensation, the HR did not share and said the budget is not enough. Also, they will reject if you are over-qualified or if your salary expectation is above their budget.
