easy, smooth tunning and enjoyable just be yourself. Very easy questions abouts general service industry scenarios, just smile and be yourself throughout the day and keep your calm. You will do lot of group exercises too.

Easy day and not too intense
Good information and very thorough
Crew were friendly too.
Felt at ease straight away it didn’t really feel like an interview at all
