3 steps. One off site interview with Controller. She was extremely professional, insightful, knowledgeable, frank and genuinely interested in whether the opportunity was right for ME... Next I went in to interview with the CFO, Accounting Manager (current) and the HR Director. All were very dedicated to the task of finding the right person for the role. They seemed to care about the process and work/life balance.

Interview
I was sent by a Staffing Agency so all my skills had previously been tested. It was very laid back and casual. It felt more like a conversation with a friend I interviewed with the head of the company. She was so warm and friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable.

Interview
Replied to online job ad, was contacted for an interview within a month. Had a friendly, casual Skype interview with the Event Marketing Manager. Thought I nailed it with my extensive experience in the industry but never heard from the company again after the interview and my follow-up e-mail.
