After 1 phone interview and 4 ZOOM interviews, I got to the last stage (Reference Check) and decided to withdraw the application because I already felt stressed before working there.
On the first phone call from HR, I was asked questions about my age, marital status and whether I have children. The HR then mentioned that KPIs would include sales and warm-calling potential customers, which was not in the job description in the ad.
Had a total of 4 separate Zoom interviews with the HR, Marketing Manager (?), Migration Manager and the Director. For the interview with the Migration Manager, I received an email from them an hour before the interview to notify me during the interview I would have to do a "mock consultation" in which they tested my knowledge of the Migration Law and how I would close the sales.
Overall the conversation with the director was not warm nor welcoming, I did not have any opportunity to ask questions about the job. I was told I was the most likely candidate to get the offer and then told to prepare a reference check on the same day, also I was requested to do an EQ Test within 24 hours.
I decided to withdraw the application as I was not comfortable during the whole interview process, and I could not imagine myself working there in that environment.
