Think Safe interview questions

Interview was long, but all the questions were very relevant. I was told exactly what my job duties would be, what starting wage would be, and when to expect another contact from the CEO

Just went through a phone interview. I ended it at my choosing. They couldn't explain their bonus/commission system and were hesitant to tell me what my base pay would be. Also said the CEO would be changing it soon, but couldn't say what it would be changing to. Also - they advertised this as a customer service oriented position and it's straight up sales.
