Interview
Contacted by the Market Director and the interviewed for the position with whom I assume to be the hiring manager. He tried to convince me that I didn't know the stack and that my experience wasn't transferrable. For any tech nerd like myself, that is not true at all. It's like saying knowing Java can't transfer into picking up C#. It's the same as saying if you work at burger king grilling meat, you can't grill meat somewhere else like a fine and dine, it's the same science of heating. Thats what's he's been trying to communicate to me the fact that my knowledge is worthless for this position, AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. I got ghosted right after, but I thanked God for that, I can't imagine I had to work for a supervisor who is tech illiterate and doesn't know the basic fact that just about anyone who develops is tech agnostic.

Interview
The made me take a basic graphic design test and only offered me 10 dollars an hour. I declined their offer immediately. The scope of the jobs plus the many machines they had there that I would be running seemed like a lot of work with little to no benefits.

Interview
Great first impression of the CEO. Very nice well spoken man. Seemed to know the sign business very well. Didn't offer a high enough salary for the requirements. The office was not very professional and had a bad odor.
