NTG Clarity Networks interview question
The first interview with the TL was pretty easy Java basic questions [e.g. What's the difference between abstract class and interface,..] with a couple of questions related to design patterns, OOP concepts and web development tools [e.g. JSF, Primefaces,...]. The second interview with the senior architect was harder, the questions were all about testing my logic and way of thinking, and some algorithms. The last interview with the CTO was an easy one all questions about the ability to relocate, my personal life, testing my attitude.

For the first interview, you have to be prepare, read the required job description and don't hesitate in the answer, easy questions some times are very hard to remember, don't ever try to answer something you don't know it, the interviewer will know and it'll not end up good for you. For the second interview, be confident of your answer, most of the times the easiest answer is the required one, read about algorithms specially the simple ones [e.g. sorting, searching,..], For the last interview, be prepare for some stupid questions [it's stupid intentionally], be confident and answer honestly.
