Phone screen with recruiter, then a zoom interview with Asset Manager and Accountant. Following this, a case study. Following the case study, a zoom interview with Noah Himmel, on site in their Denver location After spending hours in the interview process, including a case study, I took a half day from work and drove to the Denver site to interview with Noah Himmel, who did not join our zoom call or even proactively communicate that he would not be joining. Overall, this seems like a company that is pretending to have a serious interview process but leadership is so disorganized and geographically spread out communication is terrible.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews in total, a phone interview, a take-home technical exercise and finally a in-person technical exercise. Didn't make into the third round. The exercise is about basic financial modeling and modeling on real estate specifically.
