Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I was interviewed by two managers and I was informed of the position, the hours, how you can grow in the company and basically asked the normal questions that interviewers ask and explain during the process of hire. I was offered the job on the spot.
Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

Interview
The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
