First was a phone interview with human resources. Second came an online personality assessment. Third was an in person interview with the design manager. The manager described the work place as hectic and lacking in some best practices. I appreciate the honesty. Forth was second in person interview with three other people. This last interview included a pencil and paper Wonderlic test.
