The process was very quick. The interviewers were well-prepared and experts in their field. Even though I didn't receive an offer, I still learned a thing or two from them. I believe the technical round should be conducted in person. I think it would create a better atmosphere for both the attendee and the interviewer, allowing them to perform at their best.
