Interview
I applied for this role and within an hour was invited to a screening call. During the conversation, I was asked about my CV coming across as 'job hopping' My explanation was accepted as this was due to companies closing and redundancy. The same day, I was invited for a second-stage interview with a panel, which again, went well. I was then invited to the final stage and asked to complete a task and present it in person. The presentation took me 2 days, as I wanted this role! During the presentation, eveything was positive and the feedback was great. The following week, I was told I didn't get the job because I hadn't stayed in roles for long enough... the same questions I had answered during the first screening call, almost four weeks before.
I felt like I had wasted so much time and effort. They should have never taken me all the way through just to say no to something that they already knew weeks beforehand. The worst part, the role is back up on LinkedIn.
A perfect example of being out of touch and not valuing other's time and energy.

Interview
I applied for this position in February and successfully gained an interview. However, I came down with the flu the day before the scheduled interview and physically couldn't lift my head off my pillow so emailed HR to rearrange. I have never heard back from the company or the individual in the recruitment / HR team that I emailed TWICE to confirm if we could rearrange my interview, after apologising profusely for the inconvenience.
EDIT - Just received a rejection email this evening for this position despite the fact I never actually attended an interview as I could never get in contact with anyone internally to rearrange?
Would not recommend as I know someone else in this chain experienced the same unprofessional radio silence from them.

Interview
Applied online, invited to in person interview. Most people seems lovely but I ended up leaving the interview feeling very belittled. One member of the panel stated that I can’t be very good at my current job based on my interview while in the interview!
