Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and also had a referral from within the company. It took a week and a half to get an interview with a recruiter. I then waited a week to hear back from said recruiter that I made it on to the next round. I had this interview and then was completely ghosted. Not even a rejection letter.
It would be nice if they just closed the loop.
