I was engaged for a permanent remote role and given clear professional assurances. Based on those assurances, I made important career decisions.
The role was later placed on hold without transparency or accountability, and communication eventually stopped altogether.
Despite formal escalation through appropriate channels, the matter remains unresolved, with no response or closure.
What’s most concerning is not a change in plans, but the complete absence of ownership once commitments had already been relied upon.
For an organisation that claims to support careers and opportunity, this experience reflects a serious gap between stated values and actual conduct.
Proceed with caution, document everything, and be prepared for silence if circumstances change.
Shared purely for awareness, based on personal experience.
I interviewed at The Diversity Organization (New Delhi)
Interview
I applied online. Then there was a group Info session. It went for more than hour, and they asked my suitability for the position. As this was a group session, everyone had to present their details in the group.
Then, I moved to the stage, which was to fill a form that they sent. It required a lot of details and uploading a video. However, on submitting the same, did not receive any acknowledgement or further notifications or rejection email.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Diversity Organization (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
They sent meeting invite for 3 zones and asked to join one of the 3 sessions. As soon as I clicked on the link a video was playing already 30 mins before time and they told all participants to follow their YouTube channel that's all. It's not a real company it's some kind of scam
