Laid back and easy . It was a conversation without actual questions like a traditional interview. We talked about work history and then laughed about stories from previous jobs. The interview was very misleading in what the company actually is like.

Quick, vague, not honest about the job or salary. Very long time from interview to actually starting. If I was told the truth upfront I would’ve never accepted the position.
