Applied online through my school career website. Received an online video interview that basically just asked questions and I answer back. You had unlimited tries. I think the best thing was to just sound confident and excited about technology. Two months later, I was invited to a super day. The night before the superday, they invite you to have dinner with team members so you know what to expect. Superday consisted of breakfast, a group activity, a campus tour, lunch, and two panel interviews. They didn't ask any technical questions but really wanted to know details about my previous work experience that relates to the department that was interviewing me.
