Thanks for your feedback. Our screening for Associate Accountant includes a 5-question online assessment to show that you have basic understanding of accounting. The rest of our interview process is focused on your resume (work and education experience) as well as the soft skills that are needed for the job. I'm surprised to hear you had the opposite experience since we have the same process and templates for each candidate to make sure that each person is given the same opportunity.
