Interview
The interview process started with a mixer evening where I really got a feel for the company, the fast paced environment i was coming into, and got to meet some of the senior staff. I was then called back for a second interview which was a group interview where we got to show a bit more about ourselves, our experience, and our potential skills within our chosen fields. I really enjoyed this process as it was a new format for me and gave me an in depth look at the company before I committed. I felt like my awkward 'first day at work' was over before I even accepted the job.

Interview
I had a phone interview with Charlotte in Recruitment initially. She then moved me on to meet with a regional manager and branch manager. She described which locations had availability and asked where i would be interested. After meeting with the 2 managers a few days later i was told on the same day I had successfully got the job and we started working towards a start date.
