Interview
I applied online wanted a couple weeks then had a phone call for an interview.
Was taken through into the staff canteen. Where I was offered tea and coffee.
It was a one to one interview that Lasted around 20 minutes. It was really positive and quite relaxed.
I found out I got the Job the next day around 6pm
Induction was 3days after that
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
