Applied online and got a phone call to arrange an interview. It was a group interview and lasted about two hours. Asked questions about customer service, then a team building activity where we had to build a tower out of paper, and then 30 minutes on the shop floor.

Tell us about a time when you delivered excellent customer service
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
