I will totally agree that doing evaluation in this company is a waste of time they don't bother with unreal technical tests and they don't even know how to evaluate your knowledge. There is mismatch between test requirements and their feedback. It's funny that the list of comments as I noticed came from someone with basic knowledge of Object Oriented Design (OOD) principles and micro-service architecture.

Multistage interview process. Initially a phone meeting with the HR team, followed by an interview with the CTO and colleague from the development team (semi technical). After the interviews came a tale-home technical assignment and after that a meeting with CEO.
