Interview
The first interview was in a group, where we were given an easy case to solve, and it was present the boss and HR. The second instance was an interview with the boss / direct manager of that position, asking the typical questions about your self and previous job experience.

- Describe about yourself
- Are you the kind of person that says I´m sorry or excuse me (they wanted to test if you just push things and therefore more the type i´m sorry rather than excuse me, since excuse me was more related to someone more shy that doesn´t want to bother..

Interview
Fueron 3 entrevistas: primero con HR, despues con Jefe del Area y por ultimo con el gerente.
Antes de nada hay un filtro con un test de logica
Y en la entrevista con tu jefe te hace preguntas de pensamiento alternativo: como cuantas pelotas entran en un avion. No hay una rta real para eso, solo quieren ver cual es tu capacidad de razonamiento.
