I applied online. I interviewed at Ted Moudis Associates in May 2026
Interview
The interviewer was late and someone joined the zoom to let me know there was a client "emergency" and offered to reschedule for later in the day. I understand things come up, so I didn't have an issue with rescheduling. The interviewer seemed so uninterested in talking to me and was clearly getting other calls or messages during the interview. They barely explained anything about the position and asked me maybe two questions before abruptly hanging up. They seemed too busy to be there so I'm curious why they are participating in interviews and why they didn't reschedule for a day when they had more time. After about 10 minutes, they jumped to an incoming call and didn't even say goodbye at the end or apologize for cutting the call short. I found that to be incredibly rude. It was an awful experience overall and a complete waste of my time. Huge red flags.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ted Moudis Associates (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
The HR manager contacted me through another job find platform and confirmed the interview date and time. There was a receptionist who welcomed me very kindly so she made feel very comfortable while waiting for the interview. The interviewer was a very high-seniority level person but he was very nice, and he also kindly answered my question. The inverview time was about 20 min. Only 1 con is that I didn't bring my laptop to show my portfolio because I'd already submited my online portfolio before and when I asked about preparation for the interview before, there was no instruction about bringing physical portfolio, or laptop. So I was surprised when the interviewer asked me to show him any of my former works. I thought he already checked on my resume and portfolio and maybe he did and just asked me to check in person. I should've prepared my laptop either way even there's no inform before but most of other interviewers check on my works, and experience prior the interview, and they always give me the preparation they need before interviews.

Interview
I expected it to be tough but it was thorough and relaxed. Was interviewed by Ted Moudis and his right hand Chris. They took turns interviewing me and then at the end made me an offer.
