I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (College Station, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
Consisted of a beginning phone interview where the interviewer went over my resume with me and talked about the position. She also answered any questions I had. Then I had my first in person interview with a Territory Manager at a local Starbucks. Finally I had a third interview about a week later at the same Starbucks with the Divisional Recruiting Manager. Two days later I received a call from the Territory Manager where I requested to work and he offered me the position. Both the TM and DRM were very friendly and the interviews were very laid back, casual, and informative.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (Auburn, AL) in Sept 2025
Interview
I had one in person interview the day after I spoke with TTI at a career fair, then had one virtual interview, then spoke more about my position over the phone with the individual I first had an interview with.

Really great informative & supportive interview process! Energetic team, but clearly sales oriented. The process had a lot of steps to it, but everything was communicated clearly throughout. The final interview was at their headquarters.

Straight forward process from career fair into an interview the next day and a virtual interview the following week. Easy to communicate and follow through with the employer. Overall very simple and fair process to get an interview
