Unfortunately, a highly impersonal automated phone screen. It had multiple technical issues where I couldn't hear the full question so had to guess. Received the request on a Friday afternoon for a Monday completion. After completing this ASAP and then following up later, I didn't hear back for another 2 weeks.
Tip: Value people's time and if you're going to use an automated screen, solve the technical issues!
SO UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful. Left a bad taste in my mouth. This place seems to be really poorly run. I've never been stood up for an interview until here. After asking me to send my schedule and setting it up and saying it would be video.. The interviewer decided to just not show up for this video interview. AND the person who sent me the confirmation never replied when i emailed her and said nobody is on this call besides me.
