Initial HR Screening — A recruiter call to gauge communication skills, availability, salary expectations, and basic fit. Technical Round — Questions around your core stack. Given you're targeting backend/distributed systems roles, expect Node.js/Go/Java questions, system design basics, and possibly a small coding exercise. Client Interview — Since Techspian places engineers with clients, there's often a second round with the actual client team, which can be more rigorous depending on the client. Offer & Onboarding — Relatively fast-moving compared to product companies.
