One day interview process with HR manager, in the morning, and IT Manager, in the afternoon.
HR Manager interview was about soft and motivation skills; indeed, IT manager interview was about past experience ( projects and team) of the candidate.
Lunch was not offered by the company.

Dopo un intervento conoscitivo, ho fatto un piccolo test online su alcune capacita. Entrambi li ho trovati superficiali. Il colloquio iniziale non l ho trovato trasparente e l'intervistatore abbastanza superficiale.
