Teachers on Reserve interview questions

The interview process was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Blair was so friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. She did not judge my answers but went off of them and contributed to my thoughts which made me feel like I was not in scrutiny but could be more open with my thought process.

The interviewer was very professional and efficient. He asked me a series of questions all relating to my previous classroom experience including strategies and methodologies that I had used in the past.
