30 minutes. They ask about your teaching style and then give you classroom scenarios which you respond to. Like, what would you if a student won’t behave. Very friendly. They want to get to know your personality.

Interview
The interview process was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Blair was so friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. She did not judge my answers but went off of them and contributed to my thoughts which made me feel like I was not in scrutiny but could be more open with my thought process.
