Interview
I had a great first interview with promises about their plans to launch and grow in a market. Right after, I was asked to do an assignment which took me 2 working days to finish.
After submitting, I got no response from them. I had to follow up constantly and I was always getting promises for an interview until finally they said they are not coming into the market until months later. My issue is, why weren't you honest upfront. Why the false promises? Why make me do rigorous assignments? Why the lies about an interview?
Another sad thing is, their recruitment process is not structured and it is very poor. I find it shocking that people who claim to come from Harvard, Google and McKinsey will have such a poor system filled with so many lies and empty promises.

Interview
A very professional and positive experience. The knowledge and depth of the interviewer was so helpful in setting me at ease. I rarely have seen such enthusiasm. It was absolutely refreshing.

Interview
It does not have a structured hiring process, you can tell there wasn't any HR manager, then again it is a startup. Interviewers were TapTapSend business development managers themselves. They were friendly and patient with listening to your answer; however, they are very slow in responding emails to arrange interview date.
