It was a 3-month process in which the stakeholders and HR obviously didn't communicate. I had to ask HR to arrange meetings with stakeholders consistently over the period as HR was not arranging the follow-up meetings as asked for by stakeholders in the interview process.
It became evident over time that there was no process or real understanding from talkdesk what they actually wanted the position to be including the very loose job description that had been thrown together from only looks like a copy and paste exercise.
The talk desk final panel interviewers were, unprofessional, unstructured, disrespectful, uncoordinated, unprepared which of course made the experience extremely poor and unexciting. But as a professional person, I delivered the presentation with enthusiasm and detail that supported the brief asked for. The final step and came as no suprise was the feedback as to not getting the position. Having chased HR for 3 weeks after the panel interview for an update, I was simply told that the team had decided to pass. So after 3 months of my time, effort in putting presentations together and the cost of travelling to the interview that is how professional the feedback was from Talkdesk.
