The process was very thorough in terms of discovering whether Tailify would be the right fit for me and made me feel confident accepting the job would be absolutely the right decision. The members of staff I met throughout were not only lovely, but extremely passionate about the company and their roles. It contained interviews with different team members, a writing task, a meeting with the CMO and a final coffee catch up with my potential manager.
