HR interview, then manager interview, questions about yourself, what you are looking for and your experience in restaurants. You need to be familiar with the product you are interviewing for that ask questions about it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tabit Technologies (Miami, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interviews were average. They ask you about past experiences, examples of HR situations, etc. The negative part is that they scheduled me for 3 or 4 interviews, I made it to the last one and then got rejected because I didn't have experience in the technology industry (or at least that's what they told me), which I understand, but they knew about my experience from the first moment they saw my resume and still made me waste my time going through the entire process. Not cool at all.

Question 1
How do you organize your HR files (per year, per topic, per employee, etc)?
An hour long interview with only one person doing the interview in a conference room in their office. Being asked various questions and having a conversation. He was nice and pleasant.
