The interview process for the Business Analyst role at Tabnext was a truly positive experience. It started with a on-site test that took around one to two hours to complete. The test was very practical, with open-ended questions centered on real-world business scenarios, including project management and client communication etc. I really appreciated that the test wasn't about finding a single correct answer. As a fresh graduate, I was able to use my own knowledge and ideas, and the interviewer genuinely listened to my reasoning. The process felt very welcoming to someone with passion and a lack of experience. I was able to demonstrate my ability to handle situations and my time-management skills, which are crucial for the role. Next was a chill interview which follow-up to the test. We discussed the rationale behind my answers. The interviewer was very nice, and it was a great, low-pressure way to wrap up the process. I'm happy to report that I received an offer. Overall, I highly recommend the interview experience at Tabnext.
