Part of a growth strategy, bulk hire interview process. Interviewed as part of a team where we were required to pitch a fully formed concept back to the group. Finished off with an individual craft interview that examined writing quality.

Was initially contacted by the hiring manager via LinkedIn, I had 1 phone screening with the hiring manager which was informal, 1 face to face over teams with the hiring manager. He had provided the competencies beforehand so I had specific examples prepared and could deliver my best during the interview.
