I had a great phone interview with a recruiter who said I’d be a strong fit for several roles and promised to send details. I followed up quickly with enthusiasm after receiving one that was a perfect match. Unfortunately, despite several follow-up emails, I never heard back. Disappointing experience from a company like TJ Maxx.
