I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Kansas City, MO) in Jul 2010
Interview
Was called for interview for part-time retail position about a week after submitting application. Waited for about 20 minutes for interviewing manager. Asked basic questions. Was asked if I would like to start as a coordinator because of my management experience and was told the pay was higher. I was expecting minimum wage as I was a stay at home mom and just looking for something to get me out if the house. I accepted the position of CEC.
I intervied with the district manager before the interview the assistant store manager prepped me. It was straightforward questions nothing out of the ordinary. I was extended an offer the day after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Springfield, MO) in Aug 2023
Interview
Very casual. Will ask about the best customer experiences you have had. As long as you talk about getting credit applications you will get the job. Also, availability must be pretty open.
