Received a text to interview on Zoom. The day of the interview, there were a few other people on the call. The interviewer didn't introduce herself or speak much about the company other than that they had worked with hellofresh. Then she asked us to tell us a fun fact about ourselves, which position we want (brand ambassador or growth) and where we would like to go on vacation. The interview was around 15min. Then she said we will be receiving a text if we were selected and we would have another interview the next day. I received a text saying I was selected but was unavailable to interview that day. I asked for a different day but they only had two options and weren't flexible. The whole experience felt like MLM or some sort of scam.
