TH Foods interview questions

A brief phone interview with HR, an on-site meeting with HR, manager, and managers manager. Then a second interview with the same people. Overall, everyone I interacted with were nice and seemed knowledgeable enough. However, they're very interested in how you "Fit" with the company. In my experience that translates into "Do you think like us".
