I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TH Foods
Interview
Longest part of the process was background check but that all depends on where you've lived and if they have electronic files or if everything is still done old fashioned. Kentucky and Oregon take a long time.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TH Foods (Rockford, IL)
Interview
A brief phone interview with HR, an on-site meeting with HR, manager, and managers manager. Then a second interview with the same people.
Overall, everyone I interacted with were nice and seemed knowledgeable enough. However, they're very interested in how you "Fit" with the company. In my experience that translates into "Do you think like us".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR asked some behavioral questions regarding training employees like:
"Tell me of a time where you had someone who needed direction on how to improve."
"Tell me of a time when you trained someone to be better at something."
Other than that, it was very informal.
