TDX Group interview questions

Ridiculous process. Interviewed and then asked afterwards to effectively write down all my interview answers again. Was emailed asking what my salary expectation and notice period is, then also asked why I think I’m good for the role, why I want to work there, what good communication skills I have and give an example of when I’ve used certain skills to solve a problem. What was the point of the interview then? Withdrew application
