The process lasted 2 weeks, with several interviews with the hiring manager and peers. The interviews were very conversational and focused on how to deliver outcomes, rather than generic competency questions. Communication throughout was frequent and informative. The team were transparent and clearly wanted a mutually valuable process.

Around 5-6 weeks ~10 conversations including a presentation. Thorough, but always conversational rather than an interrogation. I met the CRO and VP of Sales and came away with great coaching.
