Interview
Manger was about 10 to 15 minutes late. Interview was ok. Standard questions where asked and answered. Manger was unclear, rude and started show signs of being verbal abusive. I brushed off the general rudeness of manager as she was seemed overwhelmed. Over all the interview was unremarkable. I didn't expect a call back. But was hired and fired after 5 months due to not being a good fit. Verbal abusive manager added insult to injury by not paying me for all time worked on last paycheck. HR sided with horrible manager.
Asked pretty basic questions about myself aswell as some situational questions. Quick interview, very nice, though I did not hear from them again after, so I found out on my own that they went with someone else

Recruiter was wonderful but the management team seemed disinterested and wanted to rush the interview. It was a Friday before a three day weekend. So that could have been the reason for the rush.

Interview
Applied for the role on company website. Got an email around 3 months later to schedule a video interview. The video interview lasted about half hour, questions generally about past roles and how I would react to distressed patients coming into the clinic and teamwork. Got an offer email a few days later.
