My initial interview was taken place over the phone. I was then asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face, my interviewer asked what my goals were and confirmed that I would be the correct fit for the company. I, then, awaited a phone call from the interviewer to see if I was going to be offered the job.
