After being contacted by a recruitment agent a telephone interview was quickly arranged and completed. This was followed by online psychometric and timed aptitude tests. As the company is relocating the face to face interview was conducted in a hotel conference room in Slough and consisted of a repeat of the aptitude test and questions about my experience, my thoughts on the company and role, etc.
