Introduce yourself ,why you are leaving your current job
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sunhill Technologies (Altdorf b.Nürnberg) in Sept 2019
Interview
days:
+ 0: recruiter call
+ 1: CISO interview and follow-up email with questions (amazing call challenging, informative, dialogue, use case based)
+1: use case via email four questions see below
+7: another set followup use case questions
+30/+15 sent followup emails
+10 said they consider if cut 20% off salary because my resume not as impressive (I'm like who else started own company and three certs and MBA). This was a red flag of company politics...due to acquired by volkswagon.
+10 still waiting to schedule final call
+4 they send email first thing wanting schedule interview in afternoon due to time difference. I'm like to short notice. However, they got scheduled for next day and HR sent NDA to sign.
+1 Skype interview with CISO. He was 15minutes late..and I emailed him and his response said stuck in meeting. 1.5 hours 3 uses cases (policyy, gdpr, pentesting).
+1 day ciso called said going with other candidate due to more technical. I liked the honesty. Great folks.
Positives: holisitc approach and using use cases that apply, awesome smart folks,
Negatives: salaries are tied to corporate years of experience benchmark, took very long time due to competing issues so little bit of concern there..
Questions:

3) degree
4) experience didn't mention
5) use case of product manager wanting implement new product what security recommendations (he guided thru)..can't release specifics due to NDA
6) 3 uses cases (policy, gdpr, pentesting). NDA can't disclose due to related to firm.
It took a long time for the company to react to my application, but when they decided to interview me I could have started working immediately. There were no hard problems to solve, instead, a very comfortable conversation started where the company presented itself and one could comment and ask everything that came to mind. Of course they also want to hear everything about you, what you worked on before and how you sustain your work/life balance.

There were no difficult questions to answer. The CEOs try to find out if you would like to to the job. If that's the case, then success is guaranteed for both parties.
