The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Subway (Los Alamitos, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
The owner asked me about my family, my previous experience, and my education. She told me to take an online course and send her the certificate of completion. She did not ask me many questions, because this job does not require experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2024
Interview
There was no interview at all. I just got the job, and they informed me to attend the practice shift from the next working day, and I joined, and they even paid me for the practice shifts.
