Stuart-Rodgers Photography interview questions

I called them looking for a job, they asked me a few minor questions and asked if I could start right away. Super nice, super straight forward. I came in expecting an onsite interview, but they looked at my portfolio briefly, said they were moving me from proofing to editing because I was good at photoshop, and I started immediately.
